STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL PLAN FOR $20M CLOUD-COMPUTING HEALTH IT COMPANY
Led strategic repositioning of a $20M cloud computing – Health IT technology venture. Worked with GM and management to re-focus company’s direction and operations. Developed new 5-year strategic plan and value proposition, as well as integrated financial/operational models. Helped implement sales organization redesign and staffing ramp-up by providing functional action plans and tracking metrics.

GROWTH OPTIONS ARTICULATION AND PRIORITIZATION FOR US$1B SBU OF ONE OF THE LARGEST US COMMODITIES CORPORATIONS
Led, for one of the largest private companies in the US, growth options identification, articulation and prioritization for their largest SBU in Mexico ($1.5B in revenue). Worked with local CEO and executive team to articulate 21 high-impact initiatives and action plans. Also developed high-level business cases and financial estimates.
