Coordination and alignment is typically achieved by supporting the client with the following activities:

  • Definition of corporate and corresponding SBU/regional goals and objectives
  • Facilitated work with SBU/regional leaders to articulate, validate and prioritize specific, detailed growth plans and key actions required to achieve growth goals given the overall corporate direction. We lead workshops and working sessions with key SBU/regional leaders to articulate top key actions by SBU/region that require leadership and support of other areas, as well as any open issues that must be addressed to facilitate execution and inter-functional coordination
  • Consolidation of prioritized commitments and requirements that will promote corporate and SBU/regional success
